Drivers are being warned of significant roadworks on the M4 in Neath Port Talbot, with closures affecting junctions 40 and 41 from 1 March.

Traffic Wales has confirmed that the eastbound exit slip at Junction 40 Taibach will be closed 24 hours a day from 8pm on Saturday 1 March until 6am on Monday 17 March.

In addition, there will be overnight closures on the eastbound carriageway between Junction 41 Pentyla and Baglan and Junction 40 Taibach.

These overnight closures will be in place from 8pm to 6am on 1 March and 2 March.

Motorists travelling through the area are advised to plan ahead, allow extra time for their journeys and follow any signed diversion routes.
