Mrs Bucket Cleaning Services has cleaned up the competition after scooping two coveted contracts worth £200,000.

The commercial and domestic cleaning company has welcomed Macmillan Publishers and Atradius to its extensive client portfolio after successfully competing against two national cleaning companies.

For Atradius, the company will be responsible for the cleaning of its Cardiff offices, and it will also manage the cleaning operations of the warehouse and offices of Macmillan Publishers, based in Pontarddulais.

The news comes on the back of a booming first quarter in 2018, after it announced a £400k boost in business.

Spearheaded by young entrepreneur Rachael Flanagan, the award-winning cleaning company has been eyeing up further growth for its commercial division.

Discussing the new contract wins, managing director Rachael Flanagan said:

“We’re absolutely thrilled to start working with these exciting businesses after competing against two national cleaning companies. We’re due to start work this month, and it’s all hands on deck to ensure the best standards of service.

“As we continue to develop our strategy and develop the business in areas such as manufacturing, professional services and facilities management, these latest wins are a testament to the professionalism and dedication of our exceptional team.

“Everyone at Mrs Bucket constantly strives to achieve excellent, efficient results, which in turn ensures consistent levels of customer satisfaction.

“Our clients have every confidence in us and our reputation for excellence is stronger than ever.”

Catherine Eley, senior sales manager, discussed the latest in contract wins, saying: “I’m absolutely delighted to have been involved in this experience with both Macmillan Publishers and Atradius.

“Both companies recognised our professionalism, and with a number of team members dedicated to each account, we’re sure this will be a rewarding experience for all involved.

“I’ve loved developing robust relationships with our new clients, as the company continues its mission to evolve the business.”

Started by Rachael Flanagan in 2005 when she was just 18, Mrs Bucket has grown from a domestic cleaning operation to a full-service cleaning company, with offices in Swansea, Cardiff, Newport and Bristol.

From her humble beginnings, Rachael now employs over 300 staff, services over 250 business, and last year enjoyed over £3million turnover.
