    New arrangements for mobile testing facilities in Bridgend

    Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board has confirmed new arrangements for mobile coronavirus testing facilities in Bridgend County Borough.

    A new mobile testing facility will open tomorrow (Thursday, January 7) in the Richard Price Centre in Llangeinor. This will be a walk-in site only and booking is not required. It will be open for a 7 day period, until January 13, between the hours of 9am and 4pm.

    The drive-through facility currently available at the site of the former Revlon / Cosi factory off Oakwood Drive in Maesteg will close at the end of tomorrow (Thursday, January 7).

    Instead, a new drive through testing facility will open in the Ynysawdre Swimming Pool Car Park, Heol-Yr-Ysgol, Tondu CF32 9ET, on Friday, January 8. It will be open from 9am to 4pm, until January 14. Booking is essential. To book an appointment visit the Welsh Government website) or call 119.

    A long-term testing facility remains at the Bowls Hall car park off the Bridgend Life Centre.

    To access this walk through facility you will need to book an appointment in advance by visiting the Welsh Government website. or by calling 119. If you have hearing or speech difficulties: call 18001119. The site is open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week.
