Following the recent announcement of the new multi-million development, McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Bridgend can now reveal an array of restaurants that will occupy its new delicious dining destination.

The Designer Outlet is pleased to be welcoming Indian Street restaurant Mowgli this Summer. Located opposite Five Guys, the new opening will feature its iconic swinging seats and Insta-worthy decor, while serving up a tasty menu featuring fresh Indian home cooking in traditional tiffins full of vibrant spices and intense mouth-watering flavours.

Nisha Katona, Founder of Mowgli said “I’m so excited to be taking Mowgli to the fantastic folks of Bridgend. It makes me so happy to be growing my Welsh family and creating a sister restaurant to Mowgli Cardiff.

It’s always an honour to take our Chat Bombs to the towns that want them. I built Mowgli to enrich lives in the places that we go to, and we will now start looking for local house charity for our fantastic teams to adopt and support. I will also be on the hunt for Bridgend locals as part of my Supertaster brigade, so keep an eye on our socials for the appeal. We aim to open in the Summer of 2024 and cannot wait to meet, greet and feed such a pretty pocket of beautiful Wales.”

In addition, Chopstix have confirmed that they will occupy one of the new restaurants that will be created on the Food Quarter, and Nando’s are set to re-open once the works are complete.

As well as the South Wales destination can now reveal they are in advanced negotiations with much loved American fast-casual restaurant chain Slim Chickens and a customer favourite McDonalds.
