    The Welsh Estate Agency Awards has announced that applications for the 2026 Welsh Estate Agency Awards are now open.

    After the spectacular inaugural awards this summer, the 2026 awards are being held April 23rd at the iconic Hilton Hotel – Cardiff. The awards are once again hosted by one of Welsh television and radio’s most popular presenters, Sara Edwards.

    The Welsh Estate Agency Awards shines a light on a key economic industry in Wales, and the incredible work those in the property sector do.

    The categories for 2026 are as follows:

    • Residential Estate Agency of the Year
    • Commercial Estate Agency of the Year
    • Residential Lettings Agency of the Year 
    • Commercial Lettings Agency of the Year 
    • Mortgage Broker/Introducer of the Year 
    • Estate Agent of the Year 
    • Young Estate Agent of the Year 
    • Small Practice of the Year 
    • Multi-Agency of the Year 
    • Technological & Innovative Agency of the Year
    • Social Media/PR Campaign of the Year 
    • Employer of the Year 
    • Green Business of the Year 
    • Surveyor of the Year 
    • Welsh Estate Agency Champion 2026 (Drawn from the winners above)

    Founder of the Welsh Estate Agency Awards – Wesley Skene said:

    “The estate agency sector is one of the most competitive and challenging within the Welsh economy. The industry drives change across Wales, most notably in technology and the green agenda. We’re incredibly proud to recognise and celebrate the success of such a crucial industry for Wales.”

    The closing date for applications is Friday 6th March 2026, with nominations announced on Monday 9th March 2026.
