Parc y Scarlets will host the second leg of Cymru’s 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup Round One play off against Albania on Tuesday 13 October, with kick off time to be confirmed.

Cymru return to Llanelli following a dominant display at the venue in March during the group stage of the World Cup qualifiers. Hannah Cain and Mared Griffiths both scored twice, while Sophie Ingle and Rachel Rowe also found the net as Cymru secured an impressive victory over Montenegro, giving the Red Wall plenty to celebrate.

Head coach Rhian Wilkinson hopes supporters will once again turn out in force for the crucial play off fixture.

“I really enjoy playing in Llanelli. The atmosphere is always great, and The Red Wall will play a huge part in helping us get over the line in what will be another tough game. I hope that together we can create another special night at Parc y Scarlets.”

Cymru will face Albania over two legs in the first round of the play offs. If Wilkinson’s side progresses, they will then take on the winners of Romania and Norway in a two leg second round play off during the November and December international window, with the home leg scheduled to be played at Cardiff City Stadium.

Ticket information for the match at Parc y Scarlets will be announced in due course.
