Cardiff was the first stop on the tour and the show started early, as thousands of fans descended on the city and turned the streets pink, complete with feather boas and cowgirl hats. The energetic crowd nearly blew the roof off the Principality Stadium, as a sell-out audience sang along to a night of music, acrobatics and more.

Getting the party started for P!NK were some incredible supporting acts that elevated the night to new heights including Gayle and The Script. If you’ve got a ticket to her Summer Carnival tour, then pay close to attention to when the gates open, as you’ll want to get in early not to miss those.

Also sharing the stage is the talented KidCutUp, a DJ known for his electrifying mixes and ability to keep the crowd dancing all night long. Together, these amazing artists promise to start the evening with a bang, setting the perfect tone for an unforgettable night of music and celebration.

The sensational Gayle, whose breakout hit “abcdefu” has taken the music world by storm with its raw lyrics and catchy melodies. This quickly became a crowd favourite at the Principality Stadium as the audience enthusiastically joined in as she performed. Draped in a Welsh rugby scarf and hat, Gayle’s undeniable charisma captivated everyone. Her unique energy, powerful performances, and relatable songs made her the perfect addition to an already stellar lineup.

Dublin’s very own The Script, known for their chart-topping hits, delivered an electrifying performance that won over the audience with classics like “Breakeven” and “Hall of Fame”. Their set also featured their new single “Both Ways”, which proved popular. With their breathtaking melodies and engaging stage presence, The Script added an unforgettable dimension to the evening.. They will also be returning to the city later in the year.

The audience became a sea of stars when The Script’s singer, Danny, asked everyone to take out their phones and use their torches “as it’s the only thing they’re good for” at a music concert wanting the crowd to be in the moment. It was one of those moments that left everyone feeling overwhelmed with emotion at the sheer beauty of the scene created. The picture really doesn’t do it justice.

You could feel the momentum building in the stadium leading up to the headline act—P!NK, getting ready for her to make her entrance in her own unique way, as she’s no stranger to dramatic arrivals.

Earlier in the day, P!NK had posted on social media about picking up a stomach bug, but there was no sign anything was amiss. A true professional, she didn’t disappoint the audience in Cardiff.

Whether you’ve been a fan since her debut or are discovering her magic for the first time, this is the ultimate summer event you won’t want to miss. It’s a celebration of resilience, empowerment, and pure entertainment as P!NK sets the stage ablaze in an extraordinary concert experience like no other – giving the WRU’s pyrotechnics team a run for their money, I’m sure.

What better way to kick off the show than with “Get the Party Started”? And that’s exactly what it was—a summer carnival party where everyone was invited to join in. P!NK made a spectacular entrance with her aerial acrobatics and a daring bungee drop onto the stage.

Her opening number amped up the crowd with dazzling pyrotechnics and a lightning set that any artist would envy, setting the tone for an evening of high-caliber entertainment.

Hits like “Raise Your Glass,” “Try,” “What About Us,” and a cover of Adele’s “Make You Feel My Love” left us with ringing eardrums and sore throats because, really, how could you not sing along?

The night wouldn’t have been what it was without the talented dancers, singers, and instrumentalists who joined P!nk. The dancers, who brought her words to life both sung and spoken, added an extra dimension to the show.

The banter and camaraderie among them all was heartwarming to witness, making it clear that they were like one big family. Their close-knit relationship and collective energy elevated the entire performance, creating a truly unforgettable experience.

The evening was filled with emotion as P!NK shared the deep personal significance of her songs. A heartwarming moment and delightful surprise for the Cardiff audience came when P!NK invited her 13-year-old daughter, Willow, to join her on stage for a touching duet of “Cover Me in Sunshine.”

With a finale that featured her soaring above the audience while singing “So What,” P!NK proved herself a consummate performer from the first beat to the last. Her highly energetic acrobatics and dynamic stage presence left us in awe and exhausted just watching her. Massive props to P!NK for the incredible dedication and physical exertion she put in for her fans, showcasing her true commitment to delivering an unforgettable show.

Grab your tickets now and be part of the carnival – it’s going to be a wild ride!
