South Wales hospitality group launch new loyalty app

Creative Hospitality Group (CHG), the brand behind Peppermint Swansea and Cardiff, Bambu, and BrewStone has launched Club CHG, a brand-new loyalty app, to give back to the community this challenging year.

The challenges of Covid-19 and now the cost of living crisis has put stress on our communities and made it increasingly difficult to enjoy life to its fullest. That is why CHG is fighting back this year with a brand-new loyalty app. In a show of collaboration, CHG’s venues have pulled together, replicating the success of the Swansea Bay Pop-Up Tent, to synergise their collective efforts. The result of which is the Club CHG App, where members will have access to exclusive discounts, gifts, promotions, and events for CHG venues across South Wales, including Peppermint, BrewStone, and Bambu.

CHG understands it is their customers that make their venues as special as they are. South Wales is well renowned for its hospitality businesses, and that is wholly due to the great local communities and their spirit. CHG is focused, now more than ever, on delivering great experiences, value, and quality local produce, through independent local venues, to the communities of South Wales.

Spearheading CHG’s charge to give back to the community, fight back against the cost of living crisis,  and to get 2023 off to a great start, is the Club CHG app. Through Club CHG, customers can earn points to be spent on gifts at their venue of choice; these include items from the brand-new Peppermint Cardiff food menu, party packages and Sunday roasts at BrewStone. CHG also wants to show its appreciation to local residents, students, and fellow hospitality workers by offering exclusive discounts. Details on these promotions will be released soon.

The app will be launched on earlier this week. Existing customers have already been sent an email explaining how to access the app, more information is also available on the CHG website.

“CHG is an independent hospitality group serving local communities. This app will be a leading force for delivering value to our customers and for bringing everyone together in these challenging times”. Bruno Nunes, Chief Executive

“The app is great, as it will let us communicate directly with customers! It will also let customers see photographs of items available on our menu, give them the option to order from the comfort of their table, and view all of our promotions and events in one place across the whole CHG Group. The loyalty scheme will help make our customers feel much more a part of CHG.” – Gemma Lewis, General Manager at BrewStone

“We have been using loyalty apps in the past for each venue, but I know that having one app where customers can get rewarded for visiting all of our venues will make it much easier for customers to use, and much more rewarding for them too.” Matt Le Clerc, Marketing Executive
