Cardiff-based digital transformation agency, Spindogs, has announced a new two-year deal with the largest UK-owned motorcycle manufacturer, Triumph Motorcycles Ltd.

The two-year contract will see Spindogs continue to develop digital solutions and data systems for the motorcycle giant.

Spindogs has previously worked with Triumph on a range of digital tools for the brand, first partnering in 2017, and has been responsible for the development of a global first in the two-wheel automotive industry in an online service booking tool. The relationship has also already seen a cutting-edge cloud-based platform being developed and deployed for the Triumph brand across 800 dealers in 35 countries worldwide, including direct DMS connection to more than 600 dealers.

The new partnership will see the two companies continue to develop new digital systems for Triumph’s global dealer network to support the brand’s growth and customer service objectives.

Spindogs, which was established in Cardiff in 2004, employs 70 staff in Cardiff and remotely across the UK.

Liam Giles, Managing Director at Spindogs, said: “Renewing our partnership with Triumph underscores our shared commitment to digital innovation. Our collaboration has already set new benchmarks in the motorcycle industry, and we’re excited to keep that momentum going.  Together, we’ve pushed the boundaries of digital excellence in the motorcycle industry and this new agreement reflects that success.”

Malcolm Heeley, Head of Commercial – Aftersales at Triumph Motorcycles Ltd, said: “We’re hugely excited to continue our working relationship with Spindogs and to build on our existing digital platforms that will continue to provide cutting-edge solutions to our dealers and customers all over the world”

Spindogs reported a turnover of £3.8m in the last financial year ending October 2022.
