Street Food Circus will be bringing the pirate spirit to the National Events Deck at Saundersfoot Harbour on the weekend of 6-8 September, with street food and entertainment based around the harbour’s life-size Coastal Schooner.

Harbour Feastival is bringing flavours from around the world to Saundersfoot for the weekend with traders coming from throughout Wales and the south West of England.

    The street food line-up includes:

    • Ceylon & Beyond – Sri Lankan street food

    • Church of Churros – buckets of churros and Spanish chocolate sauce

    • Fire & Flank – sous vide flank steak with cheesy garlic mash

    • Gourmet Warriors – award-winning tacos

    • Hill’s Burgers – multi-award winners, using some of the best producers in Wales

    • Mandala Street Food – Himalayan-inspired recipes and locally sourced ingredients

    • Packed – Chicago-style Italian beef sandwiches, dripping in gravy

    • Sin Nombre – fresh tacos, fresh flavours and fresh ingredients

    • Jerk Yard – authentic Jerk chicken and curried goat

    • Taste of Punjab – naan bread wraps and basmati rice boxes

Lola’s cocktail bar will be keeping to the pirate theme with Barti Du Welsh rum cocktails and the Bobo street food bar will have a range of Tiny Rebel beers.

As well as bringing the travelling street food line-up to the town, visitors can also expect a gravity-defying pirate circus show from the rigging of the replica ship.

Street Food Circus ringmaster and founder, Matt ‘the Hat’ said:

“Our mission for this year was to take our travelling troupe of Street Food Circus chefs to unexpected places. We wanted to get out of the usual city centre locations and into areas where our traders could be bringing their food to new audiences.

“The Saundersfoot location is such a special place – the events deck sits right on the harbour, with the sea on one side and the town on the other. And to top it off, there’s a full size model ship for our circus performers to show off their skills from. We can’t wait to bring our unique blend of pirate-themed circus acts and award-winning street food to the town.

“Saundersfoot is surrounded by some of Wales’ best-loved beaches and stunning coastline, so Harbour Feastival would also be a great starting focal point to plan a day trip or weekend break around,” he said.

Tickets are £5 plus booking fee with free tickets for children and are on sale now at streetfoodcircus.co.uk. Friday has one evening session in the evening, there are three sessions on the Saturday, and a morning and afternoon session on the Sunday.
