Street Food Warehouse are delighted to announce the return of Swansea Street Food Festival to Museum Park (SA1 3NE) for four days of food and drink fuelled fun! Over Easter Weekend, from Friday 7th – Monday 10th April 2023, 30 top street food traders from across Wales and the UK will descend onto the Marina ready to fill you up with some stunning food!

This year they’ve got more traders than ever before and are planning to add an entertainment stage with live music and fun for all the family! Swansea Street Food Festival is now into its 5th year! Brought to you by Street Food Warehouse who run street food festivals across Wales and the South West. When asked about the festival they said:

“Swansea Street Food Festival is our biggest and most loved festival! The support we’ve received from every guest year on year is why we love coming back. Street food traders from all across the UK apply trying to gain a space to trade in Swansea. It’s become a ‘go to’ event for traders in the street food scene and we can see why! At last year’s festival we sold over 20,000 tickets and people had a great time! This year we’re ramping things up with more top class traders and a live music stage so you can enjoy some fantastic food and have a boogie! We are excited to return to Swansea for 4 days over Easter Weekend and think this year is going to be our best yet! We’ll hopefully see some similar faces in April.”

What’s unique about Swansea Street Food Festival is that no two traders cook the same cuisine. Therefore, you’ll have such a wide range of food to choose from. You could try Indian, Bao Buns, Japanese, Fried chicken, Vegan, Mac & Cheese, Moroccan, Thai, Uzbek, Jamaican, BBQ, Duck, Greek, Mexican, Afghan, Churros, Doughnuts, Gelato, Waffles, Crepes and many more! With this selection of traders lined up you’ll be able to find some proper tasty dishes.

The festival has currently announced three of their top food traders for 2023 who will be attending the Swansea festival. They include ‘Little Marrakech’, who have attended every Swansea Street Food Festival and are back once more, serving quality Moroccan dishes like their giant Shawarma. Next, from Birmingham’s famous Digbeth Dining Club, they have the stunningly jaw dropping burger trader ‘Strip Club Street Food’! Don’t be surprised if they start serving burgers stacked 10 high! Check out their instagram @stripclub_streetfood to see some of their mad creations! Finally, for all you desert lovers, ‘Churros Hermanos’ will be serving their properly made churros with thick white, milk and dark chocolate sauces. They have perfected their craft and we can’t wait to try their golden sticks of glory! These three look set to tingle the taste buds of anyone who dares and there are many more local and national vendors that Street Food Warehouse will be announcing very soon. Check out their socials for updates @swanseastreetfoodfestival @streetfoodwarehouse

For the launch of this year’s festival the organisers are giving away their biggest competition prize ever! One of their followers has the chance to win 10 free dishes! Competition closes on the 7th February 2023 so get entering!

Tickets for the event this year can be found at swanseastreetfoodfestival.co.uk with queue jump tickets coming with a can of ice cold Fourpure beer for just £4.

There are also VIP tickets for sale, however general entry tickets are free.
