Thousands of residents, families and students are expected to head to St Helen’s Ground to watch Swansea Council’s annual fireworks display, A Super Spectacle, on Wednesday, November 5.

Swansea Council welcomes back its annual fireworks display, with affordable tickets starting at £4 when bought in advance and just £14 for a family of five, it’s cheaper and safer than doing your own display.

Gates for this year’s superhero themed event open at 5:00pm, with pre-show entertainment starting at 5:30pm, before the main fireworks display at 7:30pm.

This year’s event will feature performances from shows such as the K-pop Demon Hunter’s dance session, and Marvel Moves – Deadpool vs. Wolverine. There will also be the opportunity to meet your favorite superheroes, including Bat Woman, Superman, Groot, Wonder Woman, Mr & Mrs Incredible, and many more. Plus, with more food trucks this year, there will be plenty of choices for food and drinks.

Councillor Rob Stewart, Swansea Council Leader, said: “Our annual fireworks display is a key event in the Swansea events programme offering a safe way for families, students and residents to celebrate fireworks night at a low-cost.

“This event along with the Christmas Parade and Croeso is part of the council’s ongoing commitment to providing our communities with quality, family-friendly, free or low-cost events.”

Attendees are encouraged to plan ahead and arrive early, as the event is always extremely popular and can get very busy.

To ensure no one misses a moment of the action, an entertainment stage, food stalls, music, and much more will be available to set the mood in the lead-up to the fireworks display.

Tickets are now live. To take advantage of advance prices, book your tickets now at www.visitswanseabay.com/swansea-fireworks-display/
