Tenby Golf Club is proud to announce that its restaurant, The Links, and its accommodation, The Dunes, have been honoured with prestigious awards from the AA Hotel and Hospitality Services. The Links restaurant has achieved two Rosette Awards, while The Dunes has been awarded four Silver Star Awards.

The AA’s team of inspectors, renowned for their extensive experience in quality assessment, bestowed these accolades, marking a significant achievement within the industry.

The Pembrokeshire-based restaurant The Links, led by Head Chef Duncan Barham, was celebrated for its “well-balanced and imaginative menu showing great technical skill from the kitchen team – AA Two Rosette Award easily achieved and very well deserved.”

Visitors to The Links restaurant seem to echo the inspectors’ praise, as it boasts a perfect 5.0 rating from 94 reviews on TripAdvisor. Reviewers have described their dining experiences as “outstanding” and praised the food as “out of this world.”

The Dunes, Tenby Golf Club’s 4-Star guest accommodation, received four Silver Star Awards. Inspector Robin Martin commented, “The Dunes impressed with its many qualities. This was a most enjoyable visit to a well-managed establishment, featuring a focused team delivering friendly hospitality and attentive service in a delightful environment. The very good quality of hospitality throughout the stay from the team should be commended.”

Brendan Monnelly, Hospitality Manager at Tenby Golf Club, expressed his delight over the recognition: “We are absolutely delighted to have been recognised with these awards. Two Rosettes from the AA is a wonderful achievement, as are the four Silver Stars for our guest accommodation. We aim to deliver the highest standards of food and accommodation, and these awards are a welcome confirmation that we are doing just that. Both the kitchen and hospitality teams have put in tremendous effort since our opening, and we are deeply grateful for their hard work, which has led to this achievement”.
