Traveline Cymru, Wales’ public transport information service, has been confirmed as the latest sponsor of this year’s Wales Transport Awards.
The not-for-profit company, which is based on a partnership between the Welsh Government, public transport operators in Wales and Welsh local authorities, will sponsor the Customer Care Award recognising Welsh transport businesses that have delivered exemplarily levels of customer service.
Traveline Cymru provides route and timetable information for all bus, coach and rail services in the country via a bilingual website, a Freephone number and a suite of services for mobile phone users. Its managing director Jo Foxall said they were delighted to be supporting the awards.

We know this from our own work with public transport providers who work tirelessly to provide their customers with services they can trust and rely upon. The Wales Transport Awards take place on October 5 at the Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel. The deadline for entries is July 27.
