Prior to this he graduated with a first class honours from Cardiff University where he undertook a degree in accounting and finance.

At Verde CF Mr Price will be involved the firm’s ongoing development and client relations strategy and use his accounting expertise to offer greater value to its client portfolio.

The firm, which offers specialist corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions solutions to some of the regions fast growing businesses, has also welcomed corporate finance executive Miss Taylor, who recently completed a degree in accounting at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

The recruitment drive comes on the back of ongoing success for the firm, which has recently played a vital role in a number of high-profile deals including the MBO of Cardiff-based workplace design and furniture fit-out specialist Paramount Office Interiors.

On its recent appointments and Verde CF’s continued success, director Craig Blackmore said he was “thrilled” with the firm’s progress.

    He said:

“Verde CF has enjoyed a significant growth in business over the past year, something which myself, and my talented team, are all incredibly proud of.

“During this time, we have carried out a number of industry leading deals, which have helped to cement our position in the marketplace. Verde CF operates in a true niche with a significant number of university spin-outs and early stage development capital mandates also forming a core part of our client portfolio.

“As demand for our offering continues to grow, we are thrilled to be strengthening our team with both Matt and Kelsie. Their individual experience will be a huge asset to Verde CF and we look forward to supporting their career growth and success going forwards.”

Led by director Craig Blackmore, Verde Corporate Finance is a boutique corporate finance advisory firm which advises on mergers and acquisitions, business finance, and growth capital. It works together with Greenaway Scott within the GS-Verde Group to provide a true multi-discipline approach with lawyers and accountants working together as one tailored team.
