Penallta Road, Ystrad Mynach closed form Monday 27th June until 26 August 2022 to allow Wales and West Utilities to install a new gas main.
An alternative route is available via Penallta Link Road, Caerphilly Road, Nelson Road, Commercial Street, Bedwlwyn Road, High Street, Lewis Street.
