1891 restaurant at Rhyl Pavilion Theatre will reopen with a delicious autumn / winter menu, new layout and exclusive Christmas parties.

The flagship restaurant on Rhyl waterfront is reopening the upstairs dining Thursday to Sunday, promising a packed programme of entertainment, exceptional service, unrivalled sea-views and locally sourced menu.

Following the devastating flooding at the Rhyl Pavilion last year, an extensive refurbishment has given 1891 restaurant and bar a brand new look has been open just for pre theatre dining and Sunday lunch, but now the restaurant is ready to open to the public on Thursday, Friday and Saturday as well, with exclusive menus including bringing our terrace indoors with Tapas evenings, new grill nights and not forgetting the exceptional 1891 Afternoon Tea.

With the seaside sunset views stretching from Llandudno all the way up the North Wales coast, stunning restaurant redesign, taste-bud tingling delights of the pre-theatre menu and their famous Sunday roasts, it would be hard to find another restaurant experience in the country like 1891 in Rhyl.

Jamie Groves, Managing Director of Denbighshire Leisure Ltd, said: “To say we were devastated by what happened to our beautiful flagship 1891 restaurant, would be an understatement. However, in true Denbighshire Leisure Ltd style we have brought 1891 back even better than before, with an elegant and sophisticated new style, including more intimate restaurant area. Our newly decorated and beautifully refurbished first floor sea-view restaurant will be opening with a stunning new menu, especially designed by our Head Chef.

“This Autumn we cannot wait to welcome people back to the restaurant, and why not celebrate Christmas in style with our exclusive Christmas Parties and watch this space for more information on our first New Year’s Eve party too!”

With new intimate seating area, new lighting, stunning furniture and superbly designed bar area, 1891 restaurant really is the perfect location for all the family, whether they are looking for a Sunday roast, celebrate a special occasion or delicious bite to eat before a show at Rhyl Pavilion.
