The do’s and don’ts of online dating and your first messages

Are you newly single or unhappy in your marriage? It’s normal to go online and create a profile to see who’s attracted to you and even consider a mingling possibility on the side. This helps you to feel there is the hope of finding a new partner and exploring potential relationships. Online dating, when used in moderation, can make you feel connected to people in the community, which is preferred to feeling bored and coping with the single life. Furthermore, you can easily tire of endless conversations with yourself or watching Netflix. Sadly, that’s how people end up hanging out too much in bars and nightclubs because they’re seeking new friends and feeling down about themselves and their lack of a romantic partner.

When it comes to online dating, a lonely wife chat is a good way to find a new friend or get to know a married or serious couple. That being said, everyone knows that the first message you send is what makes or breaks the conversation, so we’ve explored a list of do’s and don’ts to guide you during your online communications.

An online chat is merely an introduction. It is a way to get to know someone in a safe setting and get preliminary topics out of the way before the meeting. People are afraid to meet because they fear rejection. Some folks hide many negative details, especially a lonely housewife who doesn’t want her husband to learn how unhappy she is with him. Or, maybe he is gone too much, and she feels neglected. Here’s the first thing you gotta do: engage in fun chats and laugh together about the intricacies of modern dating. Become friends and discuss your common interests.

If you want to be very successful in lonely wife chats, follow our advice.

    Don’ts

    • Don’t enter dating to find someone to meet your emotional needs or keep you from being depressed about the need to fix yourself. You can use Podcasts, yoga, meditation, working out, and other self-help methods to feel more self-confident. Everyone has personal challenges to bear, and they don’t need to carry your emotional baggage for you.
    • Don’t pursue online dating with bad intentions, such as getting laid or taking advantage of a lonely housewife. It is common for lonely wives to go online and seek chat because they feel neglected by their partner and then get preyed upon by single guys who just want sex. One common custom is putting something in her drink or promising a relationship so a guy can sleep with her. If you’re deceptive or abusive, you can end up with serious legal troubles.
    • Don’t use copy-paste template to start a conversation. This approach won’t seem natural to the woman who is on the other end of the computer screen or mobile device screen. She wants to feel like you are talking to her as an individual. She will move on to other chats.
    • Avoid sending overtly physical compliments in your first messages. This will turn off most women. They want to be taken seriously, respected, and not sexually mistreated or victimized.
    • Don’t bombard her with selfies. Don’t send nude pics unless asked. This activity will get you kicked off many dating sites.

    Do’s

    • Be yourself. Share interesting things about your lifestyle and personality with each new woman. Don’t exaggerate anything to sound cool or mysterious.
    • Be Mind your grammar and don’t come up as someone uneducated or ignorant.
    • Be open-minded. A great chat partner might not fit your type or desired age range.
    • Be respectful. Don’t be aggressive in the virtual chat or ask many personal questions. She will also feel turned off if you try to rush the initial meet and greet. She will let you know when she’s comfortable taking things to the next level.
    • Be a good listener. She might share a work problem or something happening with her parents or kids. If you don’t judge, she will feel better after venting her problem.

Online dating is tricky. Some things should be shared in person, especially deal-breakers you don’t want to share because then she might reject you. Remember, an ounce of caution is best. Avoid getting catfished, and plan a face-to-face meeting in a public venue. But if everything looks okay – remember our list of do’s and don’ts, and you’ll be fine.
