The international fitness sensation, Clubbercise, is coming to Denbighshire Leisure with brand new classes coming to Ruthin Leisure and Club Nova, Prestatyn.

Get ready to bring a night out to your workout – without the heels or hangover the next day! Clubbercise® is a fun full body workout with a banging soundtrack that gets great results, with clubbers burning up to 600 kcals per workout.

The official Clubbercise launch will start with a DJ and party at Club Nova and the new Bar Nova on October 22nd.  3 classes delivered by ‘master Clubbercise trainers’ throughout the night. There will be complimentary drinks afterwards, including live DJ sets in between classes, and a guest appearance from the ‘glowbot’ who proved very popular during the end of season Beach Hut Ibiza themed party.

Jamie Groves, Managing Director of Denbighshire Leisure Ltd, said: “We’re thrilled to be working with such a high profile company, Clubbercise is the perfect way to start your weekend! Whether you want to catch up with friends or simply get in shape while having fun. All classes will be part of your monthly membership so there’s no excuse not to Glo!”

Workout to your favourite tracks, Clubbercise routines are a mix of dance, toning and combat, they are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options to suit all fitness levels.

Classes are held in a darkened room with disco lights and their trademark LED glowsticks to get the party started.

Starting in Ruthin on Wednesday evenings and Club Nova, Prestatyn on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, keep an eye on the Denbighshire Leisure social for updates.

Spaces are limited – Book online in advance to secure your space! For more information, visit denbighshireleisure.co.uk/clubbercise
