Businesses are being invited to a free Tourism Forum this April.

With a strong line-up of guest speakers, it promises to be key event for everyone involved in the tourism sector.

The Denbighshire Tourism Forum takes place on Wednesday, 6th April at the Oriel House, St Asaph, 10.30am-1.30pm.

After 2 years of being held virtually, it returns to a face-to-face event. The Forum provides a great opportunity for delegates to hear about the latest developments and meet other like-minded businesses and share experiences.

The Wales Coast Path is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. Delegates will learn how their business can use the Wales Coast Path in promotion and messaging by getting involved with the anniversary celebrations.

The Urdd Eisteddfod is coming to Denbigh from 30 May – 4 June 2022. The Urdd will be presenting their plans for its special centenary year and highlighting how businesses can get involved. Finally, the Llangollen Railway Trust will be on the agenda to talk about the latest developments at Llangollen Railway.

Ian Lebbon, Chair of Denbighshire Destination Management Partnership, said: “We’re very excited to return to a physical event. The Forum is a great way to hear about the latest news and events and share knowledge, ideas and inspire creativity. It’s not only for tourism businesses, it’s a good opportunity for students and anyone with an interest in tourism to hear from industry experts.”

A variety of information stands will be present including Clwydian Range & Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Business Wales, Denbighshire Leisure Ltd, Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod and Clwydian Range & Llangollen Food Groups.
