The South Wales Business Awards is making a final call for applications. Applications close Friday 2ndSeptember 2022.
The South Wales Business Awards is the leading business awards in Wales and has championed the best in South Wales business since 2008. The last awards held before COVID suspension saw over 170 of the best business in Wales attend.
Sara Edwards, one of Welsh television and radio’s most popular presenters is to host the South Wales Business Awards on Friday 30th September at the Hilton Hotel in Cardiff.
The categories for this year’s applications are:
- Young Entrepreneur of the year
- Best New Start-up
- Retail & Tourism Business of the year
- Female Entrepreneur of the year
- Business Services Business of the year
- Technological & Innovative Business of the year
- South Wales Business of the year 2022 (Drawn from winners of each category)

Each year the standard has risen and become ever more difficult to choose a winner. COVID and the economic fallout has created enormous headwinds for Welsh business.
