HALF the homes on the fifth phase of Rhyl’s Parc Aberkinsey development have been sold, less than a year on from its launch.

The latest phase of Anwyl Homes’ hugely popular venture, off Dyserth Road, will eventually feature just over 100 homes in total, in a choice of one to five-bedroom designs.

Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said: “We’ve averaged around one house sale per week on phase five at Parc Aberkinsey. It’s a phenomenal sales rate and reflects just what a popular location this is to live in. Of those reservations, we’ve already welcomed 13 families into their new homes, with many more due to move in this spring and summer.”

Anwyl recently opened a new sales centre and two new show homes at Parc Aberkinsey, helping draw even more visitors to see the specification of the properties up close.

Graeme added: “The Bretton and Farndon show homes give us the chance to showcase our superior interior specification and design options to potential buyers, while giving them a taste of the lifestyle on offer here at Parc Aberkinsey.

“It continues to be one of our most popular developments and we still have an excellent array of properties to choose from, with 13 homes currently on release in a wide variety of sizes and designs.”

Current availability includes three and four-bedroom homes, priced from £229,995.  Among those is the Henley, a four-bedroom detached property with integral garage, priced from £344,995.

With its double-height traditional bay window boasting decorative feature tiling and brickwork, the exterior of the Henley boasts real character. Inside the expansive combined kitchen, dining and family area to the rear provides the perfect social space, with elegant French doors leading out to the garden. A separate lounge provides a sophisticated space for relaxation, while a handy utility room and downstairs cloakroom make this a family-friendly home.

Upstairs, four double bedrooms provide ample space for relaxation, along with a family bathroom and en-suite to the luxurious bay-windowed main bedroom.

In addition to providing high quality new homes for the Rhyl market, Anwyl has also contributed financially to the local community as part of the planning agreement. Contributions towards local education, open space, and ecological enhancements will total more than £460,000 and be delivered over the course of the development.

Graeme added: “Homes at Parc Aberkinsey benefit from private gardens and off-road parking, while there will also be a new play area created, providing plenty of outside space for residents to enjoy. The development also enjoys some wonderful views over surrounding countryside while being within easy reach of all the amenities of Rhyl and the A55 for commuters.”
