HOMEBUYERS will be welcomed to a new sales centre at Anwyl’s Parc Bodafon development in Llandudno on Saturday, August 5.

The housebuilder is opening its doors on site for the first time, with interested purchasers urged to book an appointment with the sales team.

The first wave of homes at Parc Bodafon is now on sale, many of which will boast fabulous views over the coastline and towards the Little Orme.

Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said: “This is the first chance homebuyers will have to visit the development and see for themselves what a brilliant location this is. Elizabeth Woosnam, our homes advisor, lives locally and is a great person to speak to about everything the area has to offer. She is also the first point of call for purchasers with any questions about our homes and the ways we can help people to move.

“Many of the properties at Parc Bodafon offer sweeping views out over the sea and Llandudno’s beautiful natural landscape. We have a great choice of designs available to suit everyone from first time buyers to families. For those with a home to sell, our Move Simple scheme could make moving simple and straightforward.”

Among the homes available at Parc Bodafon are designs bespoke to the location, with large windows and balconies to make the most of the stunning outlook.

Site plans and layouts for individual house types are available to view at the new sales centre.

The new homes at Parc Bodafon will benefit from being within easy reach of Llandudno town centre and its retail, entertainment and leisure facilities.

Located in a well-established residential area, off Nant-y-Gamar Road, and close to great local amenities, Anwyl’s new venture will feature 49 homes across four-acres.

Alongside a range of private sale homes from one to five-bedrooms, Anwyl will also create 17 affordable homes.

Construction work began in May and the first homes will be ready to move into in early 2024.

Anwyl is already well-known for building across North Wales with homes on sale at Parc Aberkinsey in Rhyl and its Glyn Farm development in Colwyn Bay recently selling out.

Current prices at Parc Bodafon are from £399,995 for a four-bedroom detached Farndon property type.
