    Appeal following spate of burglaries in Llanberis area

    Officers are increasing patrols in the Llanberis area after three reported burglaries over the last week.

    The first incident was an attempt burglary overnight between May 29th and 30th at a property on the high street in Deiniolen.  Anyone with information on incident should contact us quoting reference 24000484966.

    The second report is believed to have happened between 2.30-3.30am on June 3rd at a business on Station Road in Llanberis. It is reported that a man and woman were seen with a crowbar in the area before driving away. Anyone with information on incident should contact us quoting reference 24000494986.

    The third incident happened overnight between June 3rd and 4th at an address in the Fron Goch area of Llanberis. Two mountain bikes were taken from the address. Anyone with information on incident should contact us quoting reference 24000497959.

    District Support Sergeant Andy Davies said: “I’m urging the local community to be vigilant for suspicious activity following reports of burglary in the Llanberis area. Please report any suspicious behaviour to police.

    “We are increasing patrols in Llanberis and surrounding area during evenings and overnight to deter any further incidents.”
