With less than 50 days to go until the Bryn Meadows Caerphilly 10K and 2K, excitement is building for this scenic road race, taking place on Sunday, 11th May 2025.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner looking for a new personal best or a first-time participant eager to take on the challenge, there’s still time to sign up and be part of this fantastic event. The Caerphilly 10K will once again take runners on a stunning route through the town, with Caerphilly Castle providing an iconic backdrop. Meanwhile, the Caerphilly 2K is a perfect opportunity for younger runners and families to get involved.

This year, Sport Caerphilly are offering an exciting incentive to encourage even more participation in the 2K race. The school or sports club with the highest number of entries will win a £100 gift voucher. To be in with a chance, schools and clubs simply need to obtain a unique entry code from the Caerphilly 10K team to track their participants.

Cllr Chris Morgan, Cabinet Member for Leisure, said:

“With less than 50 days to go, now is the perfect time to sign up. The Caerphilly 10K and 2K are brilliant events for the community, and we’re excited to see as many people as possible getting involved.”

With race day fast approaching, don’t miss your chance to take part. Register now at www.caerphilly10k.co.uk and start counting down to an unforgettable day of running in Caerphilly.
