Crimestoppers is offering an enhanced reward of up to £10,000 for information leading to the arrest of Kevin Parle – one of the UK’s most wanted fugitives.
The independent charity, which allows people to report crime completely anonymously, is urging the public to come forward with any information that could help locate the Liverpool-born suspect, now aged 45.
Standing at around 6ft 5in tall, with ginger hair and a stocky build, Parle is wanted in connection with two murders in Liverpool – the killing of Liam Kelly in 2004 and Lucy Hargreaves in 2005.
Despite international manhunts and appeals over the last two decades, he has evaded capture. Reported sightings have been made in Spain, Australia and Dubai, but no confirmed leads have resulted in his arrest.
Gary Murray, North West Regional Manager for Crimestoppers, said:
“We know there are people who may know where Kevin Parle is. It’s time to do the right thing. Our guarantee of anonymity means you will never be identified by anyone, and your information could help bring justice and solace to those who have suffered for the last 20 years.”
