Phase Two of Persimmon Homes West Wales’ Michaels Grove site – which will comprise of 99 two, three, and four-bed homes for local people – will officially open to potential customers on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September.

These homes are available from £229,995 and Persimmon also has another outlet nearby, Morgans Walk, with properties for sale from £219,995. Persimmon’s sister company, Charles Church, has four-bed homes for sale from £420,000 at its outlet, The Hamlet.

In a prime location, close to the M4, the new homes have great access to local amenities as part of Parc Llanilid, which will be host over 1,700 homes once complete.

Work began on the brownfield site in 2019 and longer-term plans for the development will feature a new primary school and village centre, including leisure, retail, and community facilities.

Commenting, Persimmon Homes West Wales’ sales director, Sharon Bouhali, said:

“Parc Llanilid is one of our most popular sites and is already home to hundreds of local families, so we are delighted to be launching the next phase of Michaels Grove.

“We will be opening three more showhomes so potential customers can get a taste of what awaits them when they buy their dream home with us at this exciting development.

“Persimmon and Charles Church are both proud to be accredited five-star developers that have several affordability schemes available from part-exchange to deposit boots to key worker discounts, so we encourage anyone with an interest in Parc Llanilid to get in touch.”
