Following a revamp of executive division S2 Recruitment and its Bangor office, Supertemps is exploring fresh territories and strengthening its links with industry.

Among the changes is the appointment of Victoria Lycett as business manager at the firm’s Colwyn Bay headquarters.

With a team of five talented recruitment consultants behind her, Victoria – previously with property developer Watkin Jones and Randstad employment agency – says they are focused on working even closer with candidates and clients across the region and beyond.

“Supertemps is one of the most established firms in Colwyn Bay, having opened in 1980,” she said.

“We want to build on our reputation as one of the top independent recruiters in North Wales, but also forge new relationships and support businesses as they look to meet the demand for skilled workers in different sectors.

“It is a very challenging landscape for them, but we are here for guidance and support in matching them with the very best candidates and helping to boost the local economy.”

Victoria added: “On a personal note I’m delighted to be heading-up the team at Colwyn Bay, and to be helping to lead our expansion in Wrexham and Flintshire.

“We have a strong presence in the north west of Wales and Denbighshire and are looking forward to working even closer with current and prospective clients in other areas.”

Managing director Sarah Ellwood said the firm will continue to play its part in growing the economy, as they have in the last four decades.

“Supertemps may be coming up to 40 years but we are as determined and committed as ever to be at the forefront of the recruitment sector,” she said.

“We do that by really getting to know our candidates and clients; our staff really do care, they are experienced and dedicated to not only our growth, but the growth of our clients.

“It’s an exciting and very busy time for us, and with the talented team we have in place I believe this company is in a great position to increase our footprint in the years ahead and move forward with a fresh approach and a clear vision.”
