Last week, Disney launched their brand new Disney Plus app with hundreds of on-demand video streams.

With the UK in lockdown due to coronavirus, the country is turning to video streaming services such as Disney Plus, Netflix and Prime Video to keep entertained through this difficult time.

Disney Plus is currently free in the UK with a 7-day trial, followed by £5.99 a month or £59.99 a year. The new app comes with top productions from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic, allowing you to watch what you want, when you want.

Although it may seem like another subscription to add to the ever growing list, it actually offers excellent value for money when you consider the equivalent cost of a DVD or a digital rent/buy.

You can either choose to binge watch one of the many animated series, such as the Simpsons – we absolutely love this in our house! Or choose one of the hundreds of Disney classics or newer reimagined films.

Never had the time to start or re-watch a favourite childhood film? It sounds like now could be the perfect time to catch up.
