THE first apartments have been released for sale at a development rejuvenating the former RAF Sealand site in Deeside.

Anwyl Homes has launched a new collection of one-bedroom properties at Summers Bridge, alongside a selection of two-bedroom semi-detached homes.

Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said: “Our latest launch represents a new offering for homebuyers at Summers Bridge, as it’s the first time we’ve had apartments for sale. It opens up the development to those looking for their first home or a smaller, easier to manage property.

“Perfect for couples, downsizers and professionals, inside the properties offer so much – including high specification kitchens and bathrooms and a blank canvas interior to make their own.

“There’s parking to all properties and excellent access to the A494, A55, M56 and M53 for commuters. Local amenities are close by including a planned new Aldi store as part of the wider development.”

The one-bedroom Styal apartments are priced from £169,995.

“With a modern open plan kitchen, dining and family area, spacious bedroom and sleek bathroom suite, the properties offer a high standard of contemporary living in an up-and-coming residential area,” said Graeme.

Alongside the apartments, Anwyl has also released its two-bedroom semi-detached Carmarthen homes, priced from £209,995.

The Carmarthen’s ground floor features a kitchen to the front, with a large living room to the rear boasting French doors leading out to the garden. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Graeme added: “Our Carmarthen properties are well designed for couples who like to welcome guests, friend sharing or growing families, with a private garden and driveway parking. They have the benefit of lots of storage space as well as fantastic kerb appeal.”

Anwyl is building 183 new homes at Summers Bridge. The wider landmark regeneration scheme will see homes, retail and commercial units plus leisure facilities created across 140 acres.
