Ffion Wyn Evans, a mental health nurse from Caernarfon, decided to use her experience after the birth of son Gruff, now 20 months old, in setting up her new business, Blocs. Two new showhomes have been unveiled at a housing development on the former site of the Llanwern Steelworks in Newport. Bellway Wales opened the doors to the two new properties – a three-bedroom Chandler and a four-bedroom Goldsmith – at Alder Grove, off Queensway, on Saturday 20 July.
