Pembrokeshire County Council is finalising plans to bid for Welsh Government funding to repair and reopen the recently closed Wiseman’s Bridge to Saundersfoot path. The popular route, which is also a section of the National Cycle Route 4, had to be closed on safety grounds following landslips in November, December and most recently February. A new feature film part funded by the Welsh Government via Creative Wales and Ffilm Cymru is set to be screened at the world-famous international music and film festival, SXSW in Austin, Texas later this week (8th March). Plans to help Rhiwbina RFC access new funding opportunities and secure investment in existing facilities at Caedelyn Park have been revealed. The club are set to become the latest community sports club in Cardiff to take on responsibility for the management and maintenance of facilities and pitches in the park where they play.
