A dispersal order has been put in place across parts of Swansea following a rise in reports of anti-social behaviour this evening. South Wales Police confirmed that a Section 35 dispersal order has been authorised in Swansea city centre on Saturday (April 4), giving officers additional powers to tackle those behaving in an anti-social manner. South Wales Police have issued an appeal to help find a man who has been reported missing from Pontypridd. Ashley Fennell, 37, was last seen at around 11:20am on Friday, April 3 in the Pontypridd area of Rhondda Cynon Taf.
