The first evidence-based guide to creating a sensory room to support the well-being and learning of autistic people has been launched. The Wales Autism Research Centre at Cardiff University collaborated with teachers and psychologists who work with autistic children, autistic people and parents to develop the new sensory room guide. The average house price in Wales has fallen to £245,101 at the start of 2023 – the first drop since the Covid pandemic – down 1.6% on last quarter’s record high of just over £249,000. The figures have been released from Principality Building Society’s Wales House Price Index for Q1 2023 (January-March), which demonstrates the rise and fall in house prices in each of the 22 local authorities in Wales. IKEA has today announced a £4.5million investment in a nationwide electric charging infrastructure, which will provide charging points for electric delivery vehicles across the country to enable more emissions-free deliveries. The new infrastructure will source energy entirely through renewable sources.
