Elis Alan Ogilvy-Bardsley was 20 years old and lived in Pwllheli with his mum, dad, younger sister and brother. A murder investigation has been launched after a 49-year-old man died in the Wrexham area. Detectives are now appealing for information in connection with the death. Shortly after midday on Friday, 27 March, officers attended a property in Rhosllanerchrugog, where a man had died from a head injury. The coroner has been informed. Officers remain at the scene of the property in Rhos as the investigation, which remains in the early stages, is ongoing. South West Wales will be the first region in Wales to roll out bus franchising under the Bus Services (Wales) Act 2026.
