Privacy is a right that is essential for every respectful member of society. Scanning the other person’s personal property, belongings, and everyday activities should be no one’s business without probable cause for illegal or harmful activities. Gambling games are generally considered to be games of chance and not games of skill, even though a player’s skill may influence the game’s outcome. The distinction between skill and chance has been subject to legal interpretation, but it is not usually considered significant for recreational purposes.
