The future of Corwen Football Club has been secured for the next 20 years thanks to Rhug Estate providing a long-term commitment of land for a sports field. Corwen Community Football Organisation has a thriving junior section with over 110 boys and girls playing in a variety of teams with an age range of four to 16 years. Welsh fabricator Dudley’s Aluminium is supporting the construction of two innovative school projects. The first of the two builds is a Welsh medium primary school in Rhydyfelin, in the greater Pontypridd area. The new school, which is aiming to be net zero carbon, will house first-class education facilities in a 21st century building. Nearly 5,000 bags of litter were collected across the country during the campaign, protecting the environment and showing even small acts on your doorstep make a big difference.
