Not-for-profit RCS Wales achieved Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Fidelity after its specialised job assistance programme, WorkWell Conwy, was independently evaluated. Ashley Fennell, 37, was last seen at around 11:20am on Friday, April 3 in the Pontypridd area of Rhondda Cynon Taf.
