Patients in Western Vale will be able to get their booster vaccination closer to home this week, thanks to a partnership with Well Pharmacy. Cardiff and Vale University Health Board will be utilising the Well Pharmacy mobile unit in which will be based in the Town Hall car park in Cowbridge. This unit will improve access for the population and increase the number of booster vaccinations given. Leftover turkey and the trimmings from across Wales and south west England will be put to good use this Christmas, helping to produce enough green gas to heat more than 150,000 homes, new data shows.
