Bridgend County Borough Council is looking into the provision of a new youth hub in Bridgend town centre. Initial plans involve a multi-purpose facility at Evergreen Hall, next to the council’s Civic Offices. On Valentine’s Day 1988, 20-year-old Lynette White was brutally murdered in Cardiff’s Tiger Bay.
