The second Covid 19 Mass Vaccination Centre in Cardiff officially opens its doors to the public today (1 February) as Cardiff and Vale University Health Board increases its vaccination capacity. A total of 240 fines were handed out in south Wales at the weekend as officers continued to clamp down on those breaching coronavirus legislation.
