The family of a man who died following a collision on the M4 have paid tribute to a “larger than life character”. Colin Roberts from Ystradgynlais, Powys, died following the incident on the westbound carriageway between Junction 47 and 48 Swansea, at approximately 4pm on Saturday (November 30). A Wrexham mum who provides round-the-clock care for her severely disabled daughter is calling on Christmas shoppers to dig deep and support the charity that gives her family a lifeline.
