A former couple who built a shepherd’s hut and log cabin without planning permission have been ordered by a court to pay more than £4,000 between them. Daniel and Megan Davies both pleaded guilty to non-compliance of an enforcement notice after the unlawful development was discovered on land at Seven Acres, Whitland, in August 2023. Daniel Davies of Seven Acres, and Megan Davies of The Potting Shed, Whitland appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Thursday May 1st.
