26 year old man has been charged with murder following the death of a 58 year old man in Pencoed. South Wales Police confirmed that Liam Walters, 26, of Pencoed, has been charged with the murder of 58 year old David Rogers. Mr Rogers died in hospital on Monday, March 2, where he had been in a critical condition since being admitted following the incident on Saturday, February 28. The 2026-2027 budget for Ceredigion County Council has been approved in a Council meeting held on Monday 02 March 2026. Ceredigion County Council’s Budget for 2026-2027 has been set at £221.499m.
