A dispersal order has been put in place across parts of Swansea following a rise in reports of anti-social behaviour this evening. South Wales Police confirmed that a Section 35 dispersal order has been authorised in Swansea city centre on Saturday (April 4), giving officers additional powers to tackle those behaving in an anti-social manner. South Wales Police have issued an appeal to help find a man who has been reported missing from Pontypridd. Ashley Fennell, 37, was last seen at around 11:20am on Friday, April 3 in the Pontypridd area of Rhondda Cynon Taf. Wales is bracing for a spell of wet and windy weather as Storm Dave moves in, bringing the risk of disruption to some areas. According to the Met Office, the storm will arrive this evening, with strong winds and coastal gales expected, particularly along exposed parts of north and northwest Wales. Twenty two of the world’s finest young singers will be heading to North Wales to compete for a prestigious international prize. They will be battling for the title of Pendine International Voice of the Future at the Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod.
