A freehold retail parade investment in a prime town centre location is being sold at the latest Acuitus auction on March 27th.

Comprising an unbroken two storey retail parade of 13 shops, including six double/triple units, this prominently situated property is located at the heart of Barry town centre. The 53,513 sq ft freehold parade is being offered at a guide price of £2.4m at the upcoming Acuitus auction, and generates a total annual rental income of £401,550. The property offers vital amenities across its 11 let High Street stores arranged over ground and first floors, and has two vacant shops available. Tenants within the parade include Iceland, Greggs, Boots, NatWest, and Poundland.

David Margolis of Acuitus comments: “Situated in a prime location in the town centre, this retail parade offers a stable and diversified rental income for investors, as well as immediate opportunities for active asset management with additional space to be leased out.”

The Acuitus auction will take place on March 27th at 1pm and will be broadcast via livestream on the Acuitus website with bidding online, by telephone and by proxy.
