The festive season is fast approaching, and Caerphilly County Borough Council has unveiled a full line-up of town centre events taking place throughout November and December.

This year, residents and visitors can look forward to the very first Mini Festive Fair in Caerphilly town centre on Friday 21 November, coinciding with the town’s Christmas Lights Switch-On, as well as the much-loved River of Light Lantern Parade and Fireworks Display on the same evening.

The Caerphilly Christmas Market returns as a standalone event on Saturday 29 November, promising a day filled with festive shopping, local food, crafts and entertainment.

Also making a return this year are the popular Christmas Markets in Ystrad Mynach, Blackwood and Bargoed, alongside the River of Light Lantern-Making Workshops and the ever-popular Caerphilly on Ice.
