Cardiff Bus announces service to St Fagans National Museum

St Fagans National Museum

Cardiff Bus has announced that from Monday 1st August it will be operating a bus service between the city centre and St Fagans.

Service 32 will run via Canton and Fairwater in both directions and will stop at all recognised bus stops along the route. Normal Cardiff Bus fares will apply on this service with day, week, month and annual tickets accepted on board.

For passengers traveling with children, the bus operator’s family ticket is reduced on weekends and local school holidays meaning families of up to 5 can travel all day for just £5.50 in Cardiff and Penarth or £8 across the entire network.

Bethan Lewis, Head of St Fagans National Museum of History, Amgueddfa Cymru – National Museum Wales said: “We’re delighted that Cardiff Bus will now operate the bus service to the museum. The bus service is a hugely important sustainable transport link for staff and visitors alike. We look forward to welcoming more visitors who choose to visit us by bus in the near future.”

This new route adds to the many locations you can visit with Cardiff Bus this summer, including an open-top bus service to Penarth Pier, additional buses to Cardiff Bay, as well regular services to top destinations such as Roath Park, Tredegar House, Bute Park and many more.
