    Changes to Fflecsi Pembrokeshire Service

Whilst the Fflecsi Pembrokeshire service is working well and providing lots of journeys for customers, there are a number of changes which are being implemented in order to better serve customer needs.

From 27th June onwards the 643 and 645 fixed routes will no longer operate as the number of passengers travelling are very low. However, customers still wishing to do these journeys can do so by booking via the Fflecsi App or by phoning the contact centre. These changes will mean that customers who do not live along the fixed bus route will also have an opportunity to travel and use the service.

As well as the changes to the fixed journeys, there are a number of other changes which will also provide greater travel opportunities:

    • The 3 zones of St Brides, Jemima and St Aidan’s will be combined into one so that the whole area will have transport every day. It will also enable journeys which weren’t previously possible as the start and end locations weren’t in the same zones.
    • The Bwcabus zone will be extended to enable customers to travel all the way into Haverfordwest and Fishguard. This is to improve the journey times for customers travelling from areas such as Spittal and Trecwn.
