Led by Chrys Blanchard, a sound healing expert and composer for over 40 years, the 90-minute Gong Bath sessions enable powerful shifts to take place, bringing positive change. Lying down with closed eyes, you can immerse yourself in wave upon wave of profound resonance. These meditations, brimming with healing sound waves, resonate every cell in your body, stilling the mind, relaxing the body and soothing the spirit.
Guests can return to the contemporary comfort of The Angel Hotel and enjoy dinner at The Oak Room (2 AA Rosettes) or the relaxed Foxhunter Bar.
